QBTC – Quantum Bitcoin Pay

QBTC is a next-generation Bitcoin payment platform built by 13th Chamber LLC, powered by IBM Quantum computers. It combines quantum‑secured crypto payments, Bluetooth‑enabled offline wallets, and a Proof of Quantum Work (PoQW) consensus into one unified ecosystem.

The IBM Quantum Ecosystem

IBM Quantum computers power every layer of QBTC — from block validation and encryption to rewards and the token supply schedule.

What is IBM Quantum?

IBM Quantum provides cloud‑accessible quantum processors (including Heron r2 and Condor) that execute quantum circuits. QBTC uses these machines to validate blocks, generate quantum‑secured hashes, and run the Proof of Quantum Work consensus.

Proof of Quantum Work (PoQW)

Instead of traditional mining, QBTC blocks are created by executing real quantum circuits on IBM hardware. Each circuit execution produces a quantum‑unique result that serves as the block proof — infeasible to fake with classical computers.

SCORE Encryption Protocol

SCORE (Secure Cryptographic Operations with Redundant Entanglement) is 13th Chamber LLC’s proprietary encryption. It layers AES‑256 with quantum‑entanglement key derivation to make every wallet and transaction quantum‑resistant.

How to Connect Your IBM API Token

To run your own QBTC node and submit quantum jobs, follow these steps:

  1. Go to quantum.ibm.com and create a free account.
  2. Navigate to Account → API Token and copy your token.
  3. Open config.py in the GitHub backend.
  4. Paste your token, for example: IBM_API_TOKEN = "your_token_here".
  5. Run python main.py to start the node.
  6. Your node is now connected to IBM Quantum hardware.

QSAM Reward System

Every quantum job you submit earns QSAM (Quantum Secured Asset Management) tokens automatically. Reward schedule: Standard job = 10 QSAM; Entanglement job = 20 QSAM; Passive earning = 10 QSAM per day; Welcome bonus = 5,000 QSAM.

QSAM Supply Schedule

Years 1–2: 350,000,000 QSAM released per year.
Year 3 and beyond: 350,000,000 QSAM every 3 years.

This halving‑style schedule aims to preserve long‑term scarcity and value for all QSAM holders.

Vision

Build the world’s first quantum‑secured Bitcoin payment ecosystem — one where transactions are validated by real IBM Quantum hardware, wallets operate offline via Bluetooth, and every coin is a downloadable quantum asset distributed free to early adopters.

Mission

Simplify crypto‑enabled payments while making quantum computing accessible to everyday users. QBTC removes the need for internet‑dependent transactions by enabling peer‑to‑peer Bluetooth coin transfers secured by quantum cryptography.

Problem & Solution

Problem: Traditional crypto requires internet connectivity, is vulnerable to quantum computing attacks, and excludes users without reliable network access.

Solution: QBTC uses Bluetooth‑enabled wallets for offline transfers, IBM Quantum hardware for quantum‑resistant validation, and SCORE encryption to protect every transaction from both classical and quantum threats.

Technical Architecture (Overview)

This section summarizes how the wallet, Bluetooth transport layer, PoQW consensus, SCORE encryption, and QSAM token mechanics interact as a unified quantum‑enabled payment stack. (Expand this section in future revisions with diagrams, protocol flows, and security analysis as needed.)
